When you want *a lot* of pasta for a reasonable price, this is the place to go. The people working there are super kind and attentive, and the meals really hit the spot for you if you're feeling ravenous. I eat a lot and even I had leftovers.
I ordered the Florentine pasta, which is served with penne pasta, mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, and a sweet red sauce. It was delicious and honestly a great choice for any vegetarian friends you might bring to the place. I also tried the fried zucchini, which was crispy and the fried batter fell off the fresh zucchini inside.
It was also delightful to see that this place had live music!
But overall, this is a great place to bring friends and family, and the portions are massive, which I really appreciate. -

We just stumbled into this place on a Saturday night and were absolutely pleased with that decision. Great ambiance, live music and amazing service. We ordered Cheese sticks which by far are the best cheese sticks in Town and Calamari Fritti was just ok. The waiter was attentive enough to notice that we didn't really touch the Calamari and took it off our check which i thought was very nice.
For Entrees we ordered Chicken Marsala and Fettucine de Bastillio which was perfectly seasoned and well balanced with cheese and meat.
For Dessert, we ordered upon our waiters recommendation their house made Tiramisu which was divine!
Overall a great experience! -

My wife and I visited Prima Pasta with friends for dinner. As someone from Buffalo NY it's difficult to find genuine Italian food in Houston. This place definitely one of the best and most authentic I've found here. Their lasagna is quite good as are any of their pasta dishes. Overall I'd highly recommend!

What a nice quaint little gem of a place! It reminds me of an old world style Italian eatery inside. They had live music tonight. Not overwhelming or too loud -just right. They have a nice wine list and are VERY ATTENTIVE & appreciative to the customer.
We landed there for Thanksgiving this year. I didn't expect much, and was so pleasantly surprised. It would be a great date night casual but romantic spot.
We had a party of 8 and everyone was pleased with their food. (HARD to do in my family )
Thumbs up from me! -

WOW. This place is beyond amazing! Their mozzarella is to die for- plain or fried. I came here on a Friday night to celebrate a birthday. Our party brought 4 wine bottles, and each one costs $10 as a corking fee. The staff is very talkative and a little pushy but we still had a great experience. To top it off, there was a live, funky guitarist playing music and set the mood very chill and relaxing. Only a few places offer this fun music entertainment while you eat! He and the waitress also helped in singing happy birthday. Definitely recommend coming here for a special night out or event!!
